We’re over the moon that our client, Viessmann Climate Solutions UK, had a number of successes at the recent National ACR & Heat Pump Awards. We supported by writing the award entries for what were some of the top UK heat pump installations within the last 12 months and were rewarded with one win and two highly commended entries. The award entries were a culmination of months of close working with Viessmann’s installers and their home and business owner customers. We researched their stories, created written and video case studies, and then edited award applications, selecting the most distinctive aspects to ensure they stood above the rest. Working with the end-users of our customers’ products really is one of the most pleasurable parts of our job. It certainly helps, after working with Viessmann for more than 12 years, when we consistently see how the cost and energy saving projections of their heating systems are realised in real-life operation.
