Claire grew up in and around race tracks and rally stages. She held public relations roles at General Motors (for Vauxhall, Opel, Cadillac and Chevrolet) managing international vehicle launches, product and motorsport communications and manufacturing PR –- which included a short stint assembling Astra doors! A detour to the world of management consulting saw Claire look after external relations for McKinsey & Co.’s EU manufacturing practice for five years, making her the ideal strategy development partner to Propel Technology clients' CEOs and management
Phillip Bingham
Your technical writer
Phil has worked as a copywriter, staff and freelance writer for high-circulation consumer magazines and their associated websites and held senior roles in PR and marketing communications agencies. He’s also an editor and author of numerous factual books. As an associate of the Propel team, Phil brings a broad and relevant range of industry sector expertise, particularly in automotive, motorsport, and building and engineering services (including sustainability), as well as local government, pensions, manufacturing, trade associations, and skills training.
Jonny Sharp
Your media relations specialist
Jonny is a media relations expert with wealth of experience in B2B and B2C sectors, both agency and client side. He is a former national newspaper and magazine journalist with a highly developed ‘news sense’ and ‘selling in’ knowhow. He has nearly 20 years’ PR experience in several sectors including IT, automotive, healthcare, housebuilding, higher education, regional development, cleaning, housing, civil engineering, metering & billing, satellite communications and NGOs. At Propel, Jonny is our housing and heating specialist.
Kev Jones
Your videographer
Video is an underexploited tool but one we are getting increasingly successful at convincing our clients to adopt. Kev manages the entire shoot and editing process, keeping costs down and communications tight. There’s not many environments he hasn’t filmed, with work covering luxury hotels and race tracks to company events and product showcases. Clients love having Kev around. Keeping everyone calm, he maintains control of the most chaotic shoot.
